Hey guys, wasn’t sure where to post this, if it’s inappropriate I apologize. My family was possibly looking at a trip to Myrtle Beach near the end of September. Can anyone familiar comment as to what the water temps are like then and is there a decent amount of things still open that late after Labor Day? Of course everything depends on what the virus is like then and any possible tropical activity. Just trying to get some ideas for now. Thanks

Water temps will probably be just above 80. Somewhere around 79-82 during that time of year.

Stay in North Myrtle Beach and be inside after dark.

I take one weekend a year and sit on a "City View" Balcony and its basically live PD. This year saw prostitution, drug deals, two fights and shots fired up the street. Dirty Myrtle. But I regularly swim in Myrtle in Mid October so water temperature is no concern.
