Pattern May 2026

should get some decent storms over this way today. half inch last night, nearly 3" in the last 7 days. 2.79" in 2 hours up on Bearwallow Mtn last night
It looks like we get left out today. Everything is to our east and west and moving north. Locally, Greenville gets soaked while Spartanburg, Gaffney, and Union stay dry. Chester and York also wet.

Edit: It looks like I am going to be wrong at least about the city of Spartanburg and maybe the other areas too. That batch of storms in forming into a line and moving northeast instead of north.

Yep..between comer and Crawford, which isnt shown here, they had to have between 6 and 10 inches yesterday. Gsp Radar estimates more than 14 inches in spots since the 20th. Getting some more today too. Nothing like yesterday with increased storm motion but picked up another 0.12 with storms trying to line up to the south. Incredible turn around here from the past few months of being bone dry.
