One of my friends was on a Georgia State Committee meeting today exploring the legalization of gambling in the state. Ik the bill would look to license 3 horse racing tracks and work on getting casinos licensed.

I’m all for ALL gambling. It would bring in so much money to the state.

If they could get it passed it’s still have to be put on the ballot to be voted on by Georgians

I think therein lies the crux of your situation.

Agree.... but I just paid $31.05 for a piece of 7/16 osb! Pre pandemic cost was around $9/sheet. Other framing materials have more than doubled in the last year. I believe this market is going to make a correction in the coming months, creating some heartache for those that have built or bought homes in the last year .
