Towering CU everywhere to my NW/W/SW, wonder what’s going to happen when this collision occurs 
The guys to my north in Lake Bowen and Fingerville have to be measuring rain in inches. The storm has been parked there for an hour.

Only storm in entirety of wake county and until you get towards Charlotte is just north of me building this way it seems ! Nice . @SD please ban @Myfrotho704_ and @ryan1234 . Thank you.
Whatcha think @Myfrotho704_ I'm near Lake Park in IT. Think these will stay south, or will I get lucky. As I said, those cold pools are close, but the skies are darkening up real quick.

It's pretty dark over me right now. Idk, this could go either way. Still thundering, but not really raining, yet. Winds have calmed a bit.

Interesting fact I came across on this old paper talking about piedmont troughs in N.C., something in the ballpark of about 2/3rds of outflow boundary collisions result in the generation of new thunderstorms in the summertime, and they usually lag about 15-30 mins after the collision has taken place

HI hit 100 at 10:15am went to 105 by 12pm and has been 108 or higher just about ever since.
