The best snowstorms are the ones that stick to the ground immediately rather than taking four hours. I believe that one did.

Yeah at one point is was 19F here with +SN. When it started it was immediately stickage

My daughter is at ETSU- she was raised in Florida, Georgia, and SE Tennessee. She is absolutely blown away by snow every day this week ? She's never seen anything like this before! Here is her current situation about an hour agoView attachment VID_28040105_191957_042.mp4

Finished out this week with 10.5 inches of snow, .10 freezing rain, a week without getting above freezing. It's currently -3 degrees and the high tomorrow is forecast to reach 30. Snow on the ground with no melting since last Monday reminds me of the 1970s/80s.

Going through past BNA CF6's today: Unless I'm missing something, I believe this is the longest stretch of measurable snow (1"+) on the ground in almost 40 years! January 1988 and February 1996 came close but both occurrences didn't last a full week at least at the airport.
