It's been a strange summer here.... I mean there are lightning pictures from the city tonight.... During the hottest week of the year historically

It's been a thing all summer. We never got into the endless heat and humidity that can sometimes plague us from July to September and I don't think we're going to at this point. Yeah there's a few days here and there but like time is running out and we're losing so much daylight now

Heck the GFS has 50s at the end of the run... Like what is happening

Does anyone here remember the show, “What’s Happening”? If so, I have sad news. Danielle Spencer, who played the sister, Dee, to Raj (Rerun and Duane were also on the show) passed away from cancer. She was only 60. May she RIP.

I just found out that she got a doctorate in veterinary medicine in 1993:

Haha totality here... It was 2 hours away in 2024 and traffic was the worst I've ever seen. I literally left within 5 minutes from the place nasa had set up and it still took 9 hours to get home

Just found out what this windy app can do. See NHC cone. See the Euro position in comparison to the cone, then see the Icon same.
I won't be surprised to see that cone continuing to move west.

I have never been to the outer banks of North Carolina so with the news of the evacuation orders I went on google maps to look at what it looked like and what stores were there. I found this store called the Blue Whale and died when I saw the hot sauces they carried.
