Misc General Banter Thread

NY folks are complaining anyway and I saw through poking around that they haven't gotten to Staten Island/etc in cleaning up the roads, which matters as many of their teachers likely have to travel.

Yeah Long Island and places where totals are near or exceeding 30" will probably close schools tomorrow but I'd imagine in the New York City boroughs, they will be able to open schools tomorrow because of constant plowing and clearing roads...a lot more investment goes into making sure the country's largest city gets back to operating as quickly as possible.
 
Areas in and around Charlotte got over a foot of snow nearly a month ago. How long were schools closed there? It's really just about clearing the roads....snow is harmless outside of driving(especially after the weather has cleared).
Idk about Charlotte but kannapolis city schools were closed about a week after, and a 2H delay the Monday following
