Yes. I hate everything about this system but I bought one today to be safe

Go for the generator, can never be too safe and this looks messy

More importantly, we need a new American model. It is truly awful... and probably costing millions in prep for areas further south that never stood a chance according to the Euro
 
I guess we can now focus on spring and put this winter to bed i should have known earlier in the week when these models was showing snow here it was to good to be true. It’s always the same places getting winter storms and to think that places further south got snow really sucks bad here smh

This whole winter is cooked...I know...its only mid January and we have a great pattern coming up. But some winters what can go wrong will go wrong and it doesn't snow. Some winters we get the breaks...like 2018....2022.

About 5 miles south of you and same. Really hoping for the cold rain over historic freezing rain, so not upset that they were wrong, but now I want some conclusive forecasts so I can plan accordingly!

If we have a low cutting into a 1040 high sitting over Quebec, we've reached new heights in failure.

And I can’t even count the number of storm chances that I’ve seen Kyle and Grit post animations like this where our confluence and high pressure completely marches off the screen! Ugh!!!!

Yeah i'm a falcons fan and good grief there are some parallels between being a fan of them and this. No lead is ever safe and blowing it in the worst, most painful way imaginable. Like the dc and mid atlantic weenies enjoying our snow while we get destroyed with freezing rain and no power for days. We absolutely falcon things up when it comes to winter storms.
