I was thinking about it but if I do that, it would probably jinx the whole SE of every seeing snow again.@NoSnowATL you should change your screen name to SnowAtl LOL.
That's the worst when you are so close to the heavy snow yet so far away. I hope you score big between now and New Years !Unlike a good amount on here I only got 0.2 in of snow last time. So 1in would be a win.
Dang straight! I was a 15min Drive from 5in of snow. 15 freakin min!! Thanks I hope we all can. That's the worst when you are so close to the heavy snow yet so far away. I hope you score big between now and New Years !
Does the HRRR go out to hour 168?![]()

Honestly I don't know which model is most reliable after the last storm. The CMC did well and better than the Euro did, but we learned the GFS is utter garbage. However, I saw throughout hurricane season that any model can score, so let's root for the most consistent model I would say.

The torch line goes right through MBY. What happened to that HP in the northeast goofus was hinting at 3 days ago? I guess it's in Siberia nowMuch better![]()

Still slower than the gfs but the euro is no doubt trending fasterThe 12Z Euro is colder on Christmas in the SE vs the 0Z Euro due to the front being faster.
Well, if it thunders in the winter, snow 10days later! So bring it! Storms Wednesday and Christmas Eve, double mojo!Cold rain through Xmas morning for most this run with embedded thunderstorms further southeast away from the cold side of the frontal boundary...

GFS....THE American modelGFS all the way!
The calm before the storm. You can clearly see that front making its way towards us. Our biggest storms come after temps in the 70's. Let's reel it inMerry torchmas for the Carolinas... Pushing the mid 70s in central NC and the SC midlands
