Are these countries going to get access to the pfizer, moderna and J&J vaccines or are they using the AZ vaccine exclusively?

They have access to all 4. Unfortunately for them, procurement and delivery on the others have lagged way behind. I believe they ordered more of the AZ vaccine than any other.

Ah I see, makes sense. I haven’t been following it that closely and was wondering why AZ seemed to be the main one mentioned for them. Wonder if it’s an actual safety issue with the vaccine, a bad batch or just coincidence/reaction...

The UK has used a ton of the AZ vaccine without many issues, so I’m thinking they’re overreacting, and blood clots are going to happen in a large enough population, anyways. I’m not sure a few blood clots are worth the excess COVID deaths this delay will cause.

In other news, COVID hospitalizations in NC continue to fall and fell below 1,000 yesterday!

What are preferences regarding the 3 different vaccines available in the US? I am on the fence 50/50 about getting one once it is available to the public but leaning towards getting one. The J&J vaccine sounds attractive since I believe it only requires one dose and seems to use a slightly different way to help your body build immunity whereas the other 2 vaccines require a 2nd dose and the mRNA method.

Any of you guys that’s had this crap, still deal with any lingering issues or you completely recover? I had a really good week last week, may have overdone it doing some spring cleaning. Last couple days the chest weight/ slight pressure has returned and overall feel like ?. Smell and taste still not quite there yet, taste is further along then smell. I don’t think it’s my seasonal allergies quite yet, I take allergy pill and use Flonase spray. Saturday was a month since symptoms started. O2 is still fine so I’m not to concerned that’s it’s anything new it’s just lingering side effects/symptoms. I’ve heard of some taking several months to kick this and unfortunately some that haven’t. I definitely don’t want these symptoms permanently. Still walking 1- 1 1/2 hrs a day

I was recovered most of the way by the 2 week point other than sense of smell and funny taste and was back to full daily walking by the 4 week point with just about 100% recovery other than my sense of smell. I'm still not sure I have my full sense of smell back yet.

Moderne, 2 shots, minimum side effects.
