Sad thing is a warning was never issued. I saw the rotation although it appeared broad. I showed my wife said I was surprised it wasn’t tornado warned. But it looks like at least a ef 1 I mean it takes some strong wind to flip a car. Maybe 110mph perhaps

If I had to guess based on that footage and assuming it's crossing over a 2-lane highway in a second (at an angle no less), probably 20 mph ish or something like that.
