Love all the fear and worrying about winter and what is or isn't shown for the 1st and 2nd week of December.
Wall to wall torch 90 degrees rain every day no snow south of MichiganLove all the fear and worrying about winter and what is or isn't shown for the 1st and 2nd week of December.
I’m not worried about anything. I’m just posting what I’m seeing on the models. There has most definitely been a trend for warmer than average weather thanksgiving through the first couple weeks of December. We will have too see how long the -PNA lasts. I think it will be right around Christmas week.

Not sure how long you've been in Anderson SC but can you remember how many measurable snows you've had in November and Decembet? This whole idea of we need a warm December to get a cold January/February is nonsense. It could very well stay cold if it was meant to stay cold. Just like it could very well be warm in December and stay warm in January and February. I don’t see any reason to believe otherwise.
That's impressive that you've only had 1 measurable snow in December in 46 years. In North GA there was measurable snow in December 1997, 2000, 2010, 2017 just to name a few.Not sure how long you've been in Anderson SC but can you remember how many measurable snows you've had in November and Decembet?
I know here in Oconee I can count on 1 hand the measurable snow we've had in those months in 46 years(moved here when I was 4)
