literally happened two weeks ago, once we flipped to 33 all the ZR melted and it rained for several hoursI feel like RDU is really overdue for a 33 and rain. They deserve it and I hope they get it. A good 2” soaking at 33.

You didn’t have dr yuter spring 2019 did you ?We had plenty of 33°F rain last winter, especially in February when Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas got plastered with snow. Not as much this winter, aside from after the January 16 event.
