You’d be surprised at how much 32/31 can be effective with ZR, some of those areas farther north with the recent ice storm had temps around 31 most of the duration and got that, maybe less effective with roads but bad with trees/bridges and elevated surfaces
But you don't understand charlotte isn't in the south because its in a state that says north in its name
