The cold rain festival of February 2021 has to be the worst weather month I've ever seen for central NC

CLT has had a worse winter then Raleigh so far
If trends continue, March will have a sub-60F high temperature average, but no lows colder than the upper 20s, with over 5" of precip. We'll have rain in the upper 30s instead of mid-30s. We'll hit 70 a few times but never exceed 75.
Don't disagree, CLT has had it really bad, hope we can both score big sometime soon...probably not this winter, maybe in 2021-22
