Ughhh there is not a single inhabited place like that unless you count arctic research stations. There’s subarctic climates like Yakutsk but even Yakutsk doesn’t get snow for 3 months of the year .

Yakutsk would be a awesome place to live.

That map is depressing to say the least. Brownsville, Houston, and Lake Charles gets winter weather and the Carolinas get rain .I guess we can safety say now that Houston/San Antonio is the new Wilmington/Columbia and Dallas is the New Charlotte. While Columbia/Augusta/Fayetteville is the new Daytona Beach/Tallahassee .The worst thing about this map is that this be might be the best we have for winter weather for a long time. The fact we failed to score now with this much cold air in the United States means we probably ] won't score in future neither.
