Exactly, I would give this winter an D- so for. Just look at webs map of NC snowfall and you will see the eastern section of Randolph county with a snow hole. When its a warm winter you know it won't snow. This cold snap has shown up since Christmas but never materialized but this TPV has been the absolute worst thing I have ever seen. To just sit there to our west and taunt us us so cruel. Its hard to believe and extremely frustrating.

This winter to me gets a F- to me. Atleast with last winter, it was nice to hang outside with a very warm pattern from start to finish. This year, the NAO brought us a lot of cold rain events and marginal temperatures and combined with the fact that a historic cold airmass doesn't make past the mountains, but still not warm enough to truly get to enjoy the outdoors. At this point, I'm not very sure if the I-20 corridor areas in South Carolina/eastern Georgia will ever see snow or Ice ever again. We in the Midlands are basically the new Northern Florida due the Indian and West Pacific Oceans being warm every winter(caused by Global warming),which pumps up a SE ridge/does cold dumps in the Western/Central US. As someone who lived in the Midlands of SC for most of my life, I'm not sure if the 90s had this bad of a stretch of winters around the Midlands of SC.+

SE winters are like the Cincinnati bengals

SE winters are like the Cincinnati bengals

Atleast with the Bengals ,they have Joe Borrow and few other good pieces on their team, so they be a playoff contender next year or their next season after next. I say SE winters in the late 2010s/2020s are more like the New York Jets or this year's/after Houston Texans.

You know we suck when Seattle gets a snowstorm before us.

I’m assuming winter weather is over for upstate sc. I don’t see even a hint of winter weather. Maybe severe weather end of next week. I’ll be honest I hate spring and summer I like fall and winter.

Not sure why you hate spring. Beautiful 70 degree days and lots of sunshine and a few storms to make things interesting. And of course all the beautiful flowers blooming !
