It will not. The line will dry up as it leaves MS and enters AL. The HRRR is showing this consistently. There will be nothing left by the time it reaches GA. Atlanta will not see snow from this according to the HRRR. This is a really, really good model, so I wouldn't get your hopes up in Atlanta. Glenn Burns will be right this time, I'm afraid.The swath of snow hasn't been moving a whole lot all day/tonight. In addition, there are some embedded moderate/heavy bands training over the same general area. I would assume that's one of the main reasons for it. We'll have to see how that translates downstream if at all.
EDIT: Forgot the high snow ratios, some areas are 20:1 snow ratios.
