UGA blows lead and loses championship to Bama. The Atlanta Falcons lose to the Eagles. Now, Atlanta may get snow-holed. Is there a Kardashian curse going on there?

I missed out on the last big system due to being too far North and it now looks like that I may miss out on at least seeing some flakes due to being too far East. I can't stress just how demoralizing it is living in my location whenever winter weather is on the table.

Lots of meteorological truths being spread in the 16/17 snow forum. Those mets are very knowledgeable. Glad this forum is available and has those guys to mix in with the snowcheerleaders.

North GA got hammered in December. Now its Central GA's turn.
About 4" or so on the ground here. I think I've probably seen about 2 feet of snow this winter including the 8" I saw in GA.
I've heard a lot of people consider an inch to be a dusting.

I hate when mets speak in absolute terms! One of our locals just said this event for our area will not be a big event, and NO WAY possible it could trend that way! Big for us would be 3", don't think that's impossible ! SMDH
