Nothing against UGA, really. But if you lose a regular season game in a beat down, AND lose the conference, it’s hard to argue. Had the LSU loss not been so bad, maybe a different argument. There are games you have to win, and although the loss was to a team that didn’t have a higher body of work, you’ve still got to win out. I don’t know what the answer was here, but I’m sure there would have been a hue and a cry if UGA had been penciled in. I think the thing for them to do now is concentrate on winning the Sugar Bowl.
