Here comes the fun police (I'm making a funny jab, please don't ban me)

Had a blast tracking this storm. Ultimately it was a success for me. It's a shame others did not get the same snow totals that Western Wake County and westward did, but I hope you guys score later in the winter. It's been fun tracking winter storms on Southernwx so far and hopefully there will be more to come!

Brick received almost 9 inches which is what like 3 above the RDU seasonal average . How will he handle it if that’s all he gets this winter ???

Would be hard to complain about ending the season above average

Yeah but he is north of Raleigh so his average is probably 8 or 9

The bitter part of me hopes we torch from here on out

Yeah, I got fatigue from tracking. Beggars can’t be choosers but I wouldn’t hate it if things got going again in mid Jan.

It honestly, even though it's just two seasons out from the Super Bowl appearance, does not look like Dan Quinn should be allowed to return for next season. It's one thing to be bad, and it's another thing for the whole team to quit. I wouldn't be surprised if Blank fires him after this year, and if he's not fired, his seat is going to be ROARING hot.

I know I missed on this forecast (although I don't have either one of you guys expertise) NOBODY gets them all right or even 60% because this board covers a huge expanse of area and forecasting for each area without having intimate knowledge of all of them is a challenge for sure. As in all southern snows, there are winners and losers so we all should acknowledge our areas micro climate and its differences with others and be happy when somebody wins each time. Also I get a bigger kick sometimes tracking the storm as I do with the actual event because there is always a bit of a let down when it is all over. Gee, now I think I'm depressed!

I am on my way to Fort Wayne and noticed Indiana has a lot of wind mills. I dont recall seeing many wind mills in GA.

So does that mean if I block someone they can't see what I post? If not, I program in PHP and MySQL and I'd love to try to figure out if that's possible!

sigh** its time for me to hop in on this. Webberweather kept on emphasizing that the warm nose would be a general problem and it was... 1300m is cherry-picking Raleigh,NC.. That front thump was stronger than forecasted but the warm nose did win... Personally, i think Webber did a good job. He highlighted the gradient over southwestern NC mountains which happened and forecasted the warm nose to be a bigger deal than global models anticipated.. Also, tbh 1300m you have a good general knowledge which is to be expected with a degree meteorologist but every time you appear on this forum there is always an issue whether or not its Eric or not. I'm sick of it at this point. Also, again (lol), whether or not the mods told you that they wanted to ban Webber, you are just creating more issues saying that.
Exactly lol literally right on cue every time he appears he has to throw in some derogatory remark towards someone or something (whether that’s another poster including me, WRAL, or how someone even looked at him funny) he feeds off of negativity in general and it’s blatantly obvious he needs anger management, counseling, and probably should see a psychiatrist all for starters. He’s setting such a great example for his children. Not.

Totally agree that tracking is most of the fun, it's like Christmas with big lead up and then when it's over it's kinda depressing Lol. But this storm busted low in areas and high in others... not a single forecast had 7" imby while places like RC and Shane's location forecast more than they saw. This crazy thing called weather
