So far I was so excited about the upcoming winter season but so far things has been slowing going the other direction... Yeah I know winter hasn't even started yet.. my emotions is starting to get the best of me... I just want snow

If we get a warmup this winter we shouldn’t discuss that on this site? That’s good to know. I want snow/ice wall to wall but if we get some 70F days I will enjoy that too, just as long as it not all winter.

Understandable. The funny thing is, he was right 90% of the time when he posted a torch map. Really intelligent guy.

Except, it's become more specific in the winter thread now with model run talk. I just think it would be better to stick to the monthly threads now and not have to go back and forth to read the same type of info.

No, I think it should be discussed. I think it's just as valid to point out the things that can (and usually do) go wrong with a pattern or a specific threat. Bittercasting is one thing. Wishcasting is another. But posting the negative side of something should be just as legal to do as posting the positive side of something, as long as it's well-reasoned. The reality is, it's a lot harder to snow here than it is not to snow. It's unfortunate but also unfortunately true. If you point that out, you shouldn't get derided for it. That doesn't happen as much over here. It happend(s) a lot over there, especially by certain people who can't stand if you don't post about every aspect of an event in an absurdly ridiculously optimistic way, being sure to show no skepticism or worry whatsoever. If you do, you get a :rolleyes: , a deriding meme, or a series of complaints about being a debbie downer. Personally, none of that bothers me enough to want to leave. But (and again especially over there), posters have been made to feel bad enough to leave by other posters who tend to want things said and done exactly a certain way.

New York City is set for the coldest Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade ever. Last New Years was the coldest In 55+ years for New York City. Pretty sepectacular for these things to occur “in an age of warming”
 
Its funny and kinda sad at the same time that Weezers biggest hit this decade is a cover of an 80s song. I'm surprised that Feels Like Summer wasn't a big hit, since it was everywhere last year.
 
Weezer best stuff was Sweater song, and Hash pipe, 90s stuff, IMO. Not the biggest fan.
Really liking Greta Van Fleet these days! Wanting to see the KISS farewell tour and Iron Maiden tour!
