Wintry April 7 - 8th Mixed Bag Event

Good trends on the models. Not sure we will get an inch of snow to stick, but it would be cool to see it fall. I don't think I have ever seen snow in the Triangle in April.
 
Not sure what formed over the upstate, but it’s truly a blessing! Temps also plummeting, down 12 in 45 minutes

Had a little snow- and 32 at the very end. Too bad the system dried out so bad. It was 5:30 before we saw enough water to even get the pavement wet. Bet we were less than a tenth total for this one. But hey, I got stuff done outside today that would not have happened had it been wet so....
 
Trying to dry up but if it can hold on transition line finally making progress

I like dual pol radar. Solid invention.
 
This is the 5th time I've seen snow since March 1st. Unprecedented even if it hasn't amounted to much. Cant buy a flake in the dead of winter alot of seasons and this happens. Head scratcher.
