Pattern July Fry

Even down here the dewpoints are actually 66-67! That’s the lowest I’ve seen quite possibly all month. Temp is 93.3 here vs 100.5 exactly 24 hrs ago (high was 101.1). Skies still have ugly haze with only a few clouds. Winds are light/variable vs yesterday’s hot SW winds.

Dew point is only 68, 91° here in Mount Pleasant
 
A cluster of thunderstorms has moved E into the SAV area. Rain started here just after 3PM.

Heavy rain started at 3:25PM.

They also dipped below 73 for the first time since June 25th with a 72 yesterday and 66 this morning.

Given the number of mid to upper 90s at GSP and CLT this summer I am shocked CAE hasn't had at least 6-8 100+ readings so far. They escaped the worst of it so far.
