Excuses. When Biden did it it was because of a global pandemic and the aftermath of it and maga thought it was the biggest scandal in US history.

Trump tried to fill it up when it was $25 a barrel and congress stopped him. Then Biden drained it when gas was over $5 a gallon.Biden shut down the Keystone pipe line in 2021.
