at least it’s mid April by then, harder for a stout wedge to intrude but knowing our luck probably will happen anyways. If it doesn’t though probably a nice setup with a ceiling of RM hail producing cells into a MCS. Would be nice to do that get a MCS and then a couple hours of stratiform rain right about now
We can get troughs in the west till the cows come home, but you can't get it to set up into the southern Plains/Delta for anything. At least the intensity of the eastern ridge looks to flatten out somewhat during thr week 2 time frame. Maybe we can luck into a wet cold front at somw point.

What a great day. Crisp and clear, with a strong, steady cad wind blowing, not too cold..so you can stand there and fully enjoy being alive on a perfect fall day, in spring. Makes things seem possible. A pleasure to be outside doing stuff. Think about football, lol.

It's certainly possible but April will not contribute much to it and May might not either. If we get a 1994 repeat this map would end up right though because June of that year was very wet. Then July and August were even wetter.

Most month April looks prime for severe weather. Trough after trough some look amped
gonna cook things quickly next week
29.7 degrees for my ground level thermometer. Still 33 degrees for my side porch thermometer. Might be the last freezing temps until next October or so.

Solid Early July weather.
Want to say this is the euro doing what it does in the mid long range but we will see

It’s kinda not a joke when the term drought begets drought pops up. So much easier to mix the BL when your soil has 0 moisture content, and easier to heat up, and flash drought even further 
Flow starts getting disturbed around day 7. May have to import some higher pwat air from the western Gulf all the way around the ridge so the rain chances may take a few extra days. Until then stacked ridge doldrums

I’m in the D4 drought area in Florida. I’ve come to the conclusion that it will never rain again.
