Misc This Means WAR

I’m going to take this tweet like I take many tweets with a huge grain because I now know that “ADAM” has been concentrating on sending tweets that are very strongly anti-Israel. Plus he sent that tweet with fake anti-Semitic incidents without context (i.e. with no mention that there’s plenty of real antisemitism) that was posted here. And they’re quoting Joe Kent, who’s also anti-Israel imho (says Israel started Bush’s Iraq War lmao) and who seems to be a far right winger who’s associated himself with white nationalists.

So, these sources aren’t just anti-Bibi coalition like me, they both seem to be fully anti-Israel. So, they love spreading anything that’s anti-Israel. I do suspect that Bibi likely convinced Trump to enter the war with Israel partially because Bibi has corruption charges to deal with and wants to delay having to deal with them. But Trump ultimately on his own decided to enter. Nobody forced him.

Did he really say Israel started the Iraq War? LOL 🤣

Regardless of that, I feel too many commentators make opinions which vastly oversimplify Middle East dynamics. Superpowers don’t get dragged into wars they didn’t want at the time. I think most that argue otherwise are revisionist and just making excuses to justify engaging in a conflict that didn’t have the intended results or had too high a cost. (Vietnam and Iraq prime examples)

Israel is no boy scout, but they aren’t some mad taskmaster pulling the strings of every Middle East war like some are stating. Sure they wanted this one, but so did a lot of our Middle East allies. (looking at you Saudi Arabia) Probably because they were the most under threat from missile attacks. But again—could be another oversimplification.

Whether that justifies starting the Iran conflict is a different conversation. But as I said earlier, some of this stuff ain’t cut and dried. Middle East is complicated.

One more from earlier this afternoon. See how this plays out. Looks like those opposed to the regime are coming out from behind the walls now and gonna take a shot here.
Gonna be tough sledding, odds. Dont have the arms or ground support. We can help from air. But no centralized command, will make their cause, attempt even tougher, more challenging. As well as our ability to help.

FWIW...

This adventure had a better shot of success in January (I believe?), but it's looking more and more likely, though who knows, it's not over yet, that @Arcc will be correct here that nobody will get a true win.

It would have been better in January for sure but they were not set up, it took them about a month just to get everybody in place.

It has been well-known that Bibi arranged for Qatar funds to be able to reach Hamas via cash in suitcases. One of his main goals was to keep the Hamas run Gazan govt. financially supported by Qatar funds and thus keep it from becoming subordinate to Fatah, which has been running the West Bank. In his mind, doing this was to keep Palestinians divided and prevent them from uniting politically and getting a Pal. state by keeping them content in Gaza. As a result, Bibi has been heavily criticized by many in Israel for years, especially since 10/7/23. He never anticipated that Hamas would ever launch a major attack like that.

The NCSnow gravy train has derailed. I got off in time last week thankfully. Made over 70% returns 401k for little over a year thanks to IAU. Its a head scratcher, why it didnt keep going to the moon, while DJI getting hammered. Usually a see-saw. Ones up if other is down etc.
ME countries are selling their gold because they can't sell oil, I hope to see more selling to get better prices

It's why we need to distance ourselves from them.

Getting reports that Iran is now using Geran-2 drones (Russian variant of Shahed-136s). Russia produces like 130 drones a day. They reportedly first used these drones on a attack in Erbil a few hours ago.
