So the gfs show 30” for Raleigh and the Euro shows 20”. What a time to be alive
My wife says,, I NEED Intervention..Drugs are bad but they also feel good.
Yes, Warm NOSEAnybody worried about rain yet?
Assuming we don’t fat finger this thing, I can’t wait to see this thing wind up on radar. Somebody outside the forecast area will get a surprise
Or completely fold and watch people in here go nuts. Unlikely... but it could happen ! I love those moments. It's better the storm sometimes.
That ULL is going to overperform big time!We are reeling this flizzard in in Bama, liking the trends today

It's been mentioned here before, (3 Wednesdays I think, back in the 1960's).. I refer to folks more knowledgeable of courseWhen's last time upstate has seen an ice storm and a Snow storm on Back to back weekends?
I assume there's posters here too young to know what is like for one of these to really wind up with a dark green and yellow radarAssuming we don’t fat finger this thing, I can’t wait to see this thing wind up on radar. Somebody outside the forecast area will get a surprise
STOP @wow , Lets us & them have the HIGH & Fun for the moment..I love it when everyone is high as a kite after a stellar model run. At least until Google smacks us back to cold hard reality.
Burrel how we looking. I hate coastal storms. Need that thing to leave our ULL alone long enoughChecking out the 18z models like:

Forget the coastal, we’re hitting on the ull pinch off. I don’t think the coastal is a factor for us either bad or good.Burrel how we looking. I hate coastal storms. Need that thing to leave our ULL alone long enough

I think Webber is on to something though saying there will be a transfer minima between the two somewhere in eastern NC.
After last weeks rhetoric between the two regions, this would be fitting. Curtains before we torch into late February
Same for Raleigh…solid 2-3” would be awesome for us.At this point I’ll be devastated if the entire upstate doesn’t see 2 inches minimum. That’s our floor I think.
And if true, wow, what a great floor, and the ceiling is pretty high too.
