@superjames1992 Ill be in Pensacola today and tomorrow at my mothers house. That’s my home town actually. Milton does seem like the snow capital of the southeast over there lol.

Hopefully i see something around the end of the month because i’m still feeling salty knowing folks in the deep south is going to see something for two winters in a row while i deal with nothing but cold and dry weather smh. sorry guys i’m just pissed i haven’t seen snow yet so i’m having a snow meltdown and need to vent

Yup another 15 minute flizzard here. So thrilling for 2 weeks before February. I mean I knew it wasn't gonna be much but still
Also not everyone on Facebook is even convinced we get moisture anytime soon despite the models either which I'm worried about too... It's been dry for months it's like is it really gonna stop now

Lake Murray is a no go for snow. Damn shame!
Columbia is going to get absolutely shafted in this set up. It's going to be pouring snow in Aiken & raining here... I gotta move.

Due to the NW trend…. I20 corridor from Augusta to Columbia gets shafted at the last second… AGAIN. You can’t make this up. Man… what a heartbreak.

That’s not typically how things work at this stage… NW trend continues to 0 hours… and now casting usually even shows it more NW than models ever predicted… Time to get realistic unfortunately. I hope desperately I eat crow on this… but not likely

This winter has been so bad around here San Antonio is still issuing freeze warnings!!! 2 weeks before February!! This is ridiculous

I got a trace this morning bridges and shady areas were covered. I guess I can't complain if nothing happens tonight. But I'm definitely loving the NW trends. Be nice to get a half inch or so.

Both the 12k and 3k NAM Kuchera maps are now at 2" for me and there hasn't really been any kind of whiffs for some time. It's going to be an all-time fail if something doesn't occur, realistically maybe up to an inch of snow though to be conservative.

I do like the Timing for parts of Georgia, coming through in the morning. If it was the afternoon, I would be a little more worried.
The people talking down are the ones who are outside the areas of “model” snow. Of course that’s expected! That said I expect a cold light drizzle!

I guess if I’m going to miss a storm I would rather it be to my south than north. North is more spoiled with snow anyways

Great seeing the GFS and Euro AI with a big storm at the end of the month. Euro has the storm, too, but a little concerned already because it is backing off the totals each run.
You had me until you said GFS and over 5 days out!

If this is a cold Chasing Moisture how the heck is Midlands to coast gonna see 2" and areas north not? It's gonna be colder to the north than down that way
