If you didn't watch Duke football all year you just don't know how close this team was to winning those 5 games they lost. Huge Huge win tonight. Will get a great bowl game no matter what. Looking forward to getting another win to wrap up the season. This team has heart and doesn't give up. Great job by Diaz and crew.

Losing to Illinois 45-19 doesn’t sound close

I was there and that entire game turned on that special teams sub penalty in the third.

Almost like our entire season did when yall were allowed to jump 2 yards offside then picked Bailey off when we were up 21-3 getting ready to score again. Our season went to sh** after that play imo

They still lost the 5 games. Good win last night, but no CFP bid. I think Miami may get in over Notre Dame though.

Likely rankings:

1. Indiana
2. Ohio State
3. Georgia
4. Texas Tech

5. Oregon
6. Ole Miss
7. Texas A&M
8. Oklahoma
9. Notre Dame
10. Alabama
11. Tulane
12. James Madison

What I think it should be:

1. Georgia (beat every team on schedule, by far the best strength of schedule and record of the top 4, best composite talent besides Ohio State
2. Indiana (72nd in composite talent, will not make it through a three team playoff with real competition)
3. Texas Tech
4. Ohio State

5. Ole Miss
6. Texas A&M
7. Oregon
8. Oklahoma
9. Alabama
10. Miami
11. Tulane
12. Duke

I agree that Ohio State will be ranked ahead of Georgia even though I think that it’s stupid. Their only common opponent was Texas and Georgia destroyed Texas while Ohio State barely beat Texas. Also Georgia dominated and beat the only team they lost to. Georgia has a tougher strength of schedule and Georgia has beaten more teams in the top 25 than Ohio State has. But the committee is in love with Ohio State for some reason.

I think they might put Georgia at 2. They're number 2 in the new poll. We'll see. Show is on now.

Notre Dame should be in over Miami. Sid from ice age in his 7th year in college is just gonna throw more picks and then blame someone else for his short comings.

Miami beat Notre Dame. You can’t put in Notre Dame over Miami.
Yes you can, they lost by 3 points in week 1, Notre Dame is the better team. Florida State spanked Alabama week 1, why is Alabama still in? This selection committee is ridiculous.
