On the drones......
What is possibly happening in NJ is a combination of UAP from NHI and our own tech checking in on it if that makes sense. if that isn't the case and it is just NHI they have the ability to shape shift. It could be a lot of things but you have to be open to anything because it's ramping up in other States and other countries

Yep maga already trying to figure put how to blame Biden for Trump not keeping his promise to lower groceries and gas etc...

This is just wrong from Trump. Automation cant be stopped and its benefits far outpace its downside. Its ashame trains came along and ended the careers of Pony Express riders, but it happens.

The thing with what I rambled on about earlier this morning though is that inflation has already been bouncing at the perfect time to just play the game of "everything bad next year economically is ALL Biden's fault."

I really don't anticipate seeing a multi month stretch of inflation at below .2 MoM anytime soon unless recession helps out first. Only thing I do think is that the high spikes are probably history at least for now and have been for two years, more info might change my mind.

Apparently a lot of idiots in this country with ACA didn't understand that it was the same thing as "obamacare"...oops

It's crap like this that makes discussing politics with you guys impossible. Get sick of the passive aggressive racial accusations, it really really gets old.

It is true , I have seen it first hand in the health care community… people really aren’t that intelligent and unfortunately are not able to make those connections. I know someone who works with children who need 24/7 nurse home care or they are dead, yet their parents voted for Trump… these programs are funded only by Medicaid , now those same families are expressing fear that they may lose the care that keeps their children alive

Make healthcare worse and watch more of these CEOs get the United Healthcare treatment

Blows my mind that people are against a single system.

At the very, very minimum, I can say a repeal of the ACA act would fair poorly if successful.

I doubt it even gets to the table though this time (unlike 2017) as I'm personally imagining it being a SOB and a half to even get some of the wanted agenda through in reconciliation with there not being much leeway vote wise.

Like I think you may get a TCJA extension, but trying to lower corporate taxes to 15% is DOA to start with.

It’s crazy we are even talking about this, inequality is out of hand and will destroy us. They need to increase taxes on the wealthy. Crazy how much of the rest of the world is like “ yeah no, no reason any of us should be multi billionaires” yet here apparently we have a culture where broke people making 65k a year driving new pickup trucks worth 100k they can’t afford seem to think that is an absurd idea, and that they are just on scratch away from being millionaires lol

What assurance do we have that if we place the government in charge of the healthcare system that they will act in the best interest of the people and that the system will operate efficiently?

I mean, in theory, free, unlimited healthcare for all is a wonderful idea.

I’m sorry, let’s just stick to the system where AI now makes the decision if your healthcare is medically necessary or not. Let’s keep bankrupting people, how bout it? What assurance do we have that private healthcare will work for us? Clearly it isn’t, that is truth. No one can afford it, it doesn’t pay for Jack ----, and they are in bed with the government anyways… if anything universal healthcare removes one of those leeches off our back

All this rambling, and nowhere is an answer to the question.

It’s not a theory. Most countries do it.

Operate more efficiently than what? The current system is severely broken... insurance companies are not acting in their customers best interest at all, they are in it to make money and easiest way to do that is not pay on claims some to the tune of 30% or more of all claims. They deny needed treatment or require you to jump through needless hoops hoping you just give up...all the while collecting that $500 or so a month from you.

All this rambling, and nowhere is an answer to the question.
You asked a deliberately vague question where the only answer is we need to trust that the government would set up a system that would work. Then you would scoff at that answer saying you don’t trust them to do so.

ACA was a scam that cost most everyone I know double what they WERE paying in insurance for Obama implemented it. Then on top of that, implemented tax penalties for those who chose to not do it or couldn't afford it.

The system needs to change, but to answer your question, none.

I've been battling double tendonitis in both wrists for the last four months I started out with prednisone Then injections in both wrists and they told me back in September if that didn't work that I would need an MRI So once that didn't work I called for a referral for the MRI and my insurance declined it I got a letter saying that I needed to have one of Three treatments Either oral steroids injected steroids or occupational therapy before they would approve the MRI And that I would have to do at least six weeks of the OT for it to count I called the insurance company and explained to them that I had done Two rounds of steroids which qualified me for insurance Coverage for the MRI And they kept pushing and pushing saying that alone didn't count that I would have to get the six weeks of OT Which puts me past the reset for Deductibles.

So despite me having done two of the three things I would have needed to do to get the coverage they still denied the MRI until after my deductible reset which means I would have to pay full cost for the MRI versus having already met this year's deductible and having it covered this is what they do all the time to people in far more serious situations than my own
