Got a huge storm right now. Almost constant thunder and lightning.

Round 1 is a miss of course. Heavy rain less than 5 miles away but only a sprinkle at best here. More storms upstream but of course they'll either move south of me or die out. The upper level low around July 4 is gone from the Euro too so the cool off it would have brought is gone.
Round 2 may be incoming within the next 1-2 hours. I wonder if this will hold together?

Heaviest rain I have ever seen. I can’t see 50 feet ahead of me. Winds blowing the rain sideways. Feels like I’m in a hurricane.
We had to make a sprint to dinner as soon as the storm passed through. I saw quite a few branches/limbs down. Winds were easily 60 mph maybe even more then that at the peak of the storm. Best storm I have seen in a very long time.
