I'm starting to think looking at those rain/frozen precip surface maps are now equally as bad as putting stock value in the snowfall maps. 500mb maps seem to be the only thing worthwhile looking at during this leadtime.

Should I stay up for the Euro cause if it’s bad I can just go to sleep and wake up not thinking about it but if I wake up and see it’s bad in the morning it just ruins the morning

Staying up till 2 for a dud run for mby is not ideal. Yet I plan ion doing it for the next 5 nights and let’s ish really hits the fan.
Lol. This is not going to be an Atlanta storm im afraid. Things can change of course but i wouldnt get my hopes up. Western NC is looking pretty though. I would not lose any sleep over this if i were you.

Oh what I'll do if the models decide to bring the cold further south around Mississippi Alabama to be in play
If not, the FV3 will save us. Then the CMC will be an apps rubber and Euro will be a Southern VA special. I need to see a weaker wave at 12z from all models

He will never get over Dec 2000. I remember Feb 2015, they were scrambling to put out a snow forecast for the area right up until go time.
