It’s a pendulum. Once Trump is gone, you will see a lot of socialist-type ideas in the mainstream. The more the government protects and enriches the wealthy and powerful at the expense of Main Street, the more appealing socialist ideas will seem. They won’t bring prosperity to America, but I can understand why they would be appealing.

I think what he’s talking about is. The idea of healthcare for all free education for all. Free food free housing free stuff given to you by the government. Those principles would bankrupt America. Or either push people into poverty before taxes are so high

I’ve always been fascinated by the secret service agents surrounding the president. Eyes constantly scanning the room and people’s hands. The immense amount of pressure those guys are under. The fate of the free world sitting on their shoulders. Man. Im not even sure if they are human. Wouldn’t surprise me if they were scientifically modified

It's an over glorified campaign rally. Just a bunch of flowery platitudes and cheap talk of sweet nothings. I guess I can understand people enjoying this SOTU address because Trump knows how to read a room and entertain, that's about the only positive comment he will ever get from me, any other comment(s) otherwise will surely get me permabanned. lol

Paper straws are stupid and yes I posted this in here because it's political.... remember when we were told to stop using paper because you know killing the rain forest and so we went to plastic? :rolleyes:

This is so ridiculous that it seems like The Onion wrote this. They ought to interview ---- Van Dyke and get his thoughts about this nonsense since he’s thankfully still around. Things like this serve to cheapen the cries about real racism.
 
In the last 2-3 years since trump was elected the Democratic platform has been “His presidency is illigelitimate and it’s because he colluded with Russia to obtain it”..now that collusion is off the table do they really have a leg to stand on? Expect some MAJOR distractions and false flag events here in the coming weeks. This thing is just getting started guys
