Which city in the SE will see 1” of snow first outside the mountains

Nashville TN. Most other places mentioned will not see snow at all this winter let alone 1 inch of it.

Nashville always gets snow before the rest of the southeast

Ether Greensboro, Nashville,or OKC. Leaning towards Okahoma City or Nashville since it's easier to get cold/wintry weather west of the mountains these days,but I guess I pick Nashville since OKC isn't a option.
