Probably perfect timing, that's the sun hitting mist/fog on the hillside causing a rainbow effect, its either early morning or after a storm/rain.....

If there is a body of water close by it can reflect the sun light back up to form a low rainbow I believe. Although now that the zoomed out image loaded that may not be it lol
