Tropical Subtropical Storm Alberto

Somehow, someway, Alberto is still a derpession in Northern Indiana. Normal tropical systems can't make it that far north and maintain that intensity, 30 mph and 998 mb, for that duration without losing appearance. Alberto, on the other hand, looks decent even on radar. Certainly not the best, but still impressive to see it there. Also, it appears Ablerto is a tropical depression and no longer subtropical. Only took it forever.
