My mom lives off of New Cut Road in Inman, just spoke to her they are fine. Tornado touched down about 10 miles away from her.

The two bright sides about these storms is that they give my new weather radio some action and it gives N.C some much needed rain.

Interested in seeing if any supercells can get going in the midlands ahead of the main line. So far those storms are pretty tame

Well, 9 times out of 10 if we're under any kind of watch we don't get any storms at all the last few years.

The main line looks like it's picked up a little steam over the past 30 minutes. It's really a race right now between the line a waning instability

It's certainly looking stout if it wins the race you should get some decent storms soon
