Found it on the google. Seems right to me.
This is from the new JAMSTEC. It has ~+1.5 to +2.5 F for the SE US. I'd take that in a heartbeat because I think it will be a little warmer at +2.5 to 3.5 F (JAMSTEC seems to have a cold bias), which would still be ~30 F colder than this past summer and would be colder than 4 of the last 5 winters: ?
Right now what I think for December, remember many areas don’t average as much snow in December as they do in Jan or feb
