Wintry January 23-24 Chance of Ice

Because of the winter weather advisories issued, and the nam and gfs showing a chance of icing, I feel that this should be watched, especially by those in the advisory areas.

The Canadian and European models, on the other hand, show all rain. So there is extreme uncertainty. It could just be all rain everywhere.
