@TheBatman You think moisture could move in early in the morning and cause minor icing issues? HRRR/RAP shows my area with light ZR
It might be a possibility. But I see a better chance that the cold air don’t move out as quickly as it is forecasted. Arctic air tends to be harder to get out.

You’re right, I feel as it will take a while before we get above freezing tomorrow. Moisture starts creeping in around 6 or 7 am.

All models have trended a bit south putting me more in the snow for longer. Thinking .5 to an inch is possible

31.6 here with precip moving in. Whatever does fall is gonna stick. Low was a toasty 11 degrees this morning after hitting -8 the morning before. Snowpack is still at 6 inches which is impressive seeing as 7 inches fell Monday. If the ZR doesn’t wash to much away it’s going to remain for a full week.

Advisory's going up all over Chattanooga and surrounding areas. Sitting at 35 never made the forecasted 40s today.

It was horrible here. A light rain at 29 degrees, it caused over a dozen wrecks on I-75 and made travel almost impossible. The interstate is still a parking lot at this hour and the precip has changed to light snow.

Been a heavy winter week. First time we have had snow falling on snow in a few years. My average temp this week is 25 and we are about to spend the next 36 hours below 15. I'll be ready for the warm up!
Live cams look great. That flow is really pumping up there this morning.
