Thanks for the report- wasn’t trying to call BS or anything - my folks are off 280 in Greystone and are seeing rain. I’ve been really surprised Spann hasn’t been tweeting pics, especially with as many folks that live in that areaYeah I just left a Mexican restaurant and it's still flurrying slightly in vestavia. Much less than it was an hour ago though. About an hour ago on top of shades mountain it was A lot more like light snow.
I am just shocked about no wind advisoryAccording to the latest HRRR, all night.
It only takes a coating to mess everyone up.
I mean, I hear it in the tree tops and I can hear the roar above, but at the surface, highest has been 12.8 mph.I am just shocked about no wind advisory
So is that why they haven't issue one?I mean, I hear it in the tree tops and I can hear the roar above, but at the surface, highest has been 12.8 mph.
You are about due west of me. Hopefully, they find their way over my way.Snow flurries here in Lineville.
No, I think they just missed on this one. I think warning criteria is 35 mph. Peachtree City recorded a gust to 35 mph over the past hour.So is that why they haven't issue one?
Strongest wind of the day here tooThat wind is howling...no wind advisory for ATL?
It's kicking pretty good here too. It was doing this yesterday morning when it took a tree out 10 feet up.I am just shocked about no wind advisory
