Ignored User/Thread Changes

I've put together a quick workaround for people who start threads and have been ignored by a member to show anyway.

Due to the limitations of this quick fix, and the way the forum software works internally, you won't see the thread from an ignored member on the default thread listing page. Instead, you will need to go to the "Forum List" link (also located here: https://southernwx.com/community/forums/-/list) for it to show.

Making a change like this has the potential to cause bugs with the website. If you encounter any issues that are new (since the change 15 minutes ago) please let us know here or inbox. This includes not being able to see threads, wonky looking colors/tables/text, etc.
