He’s got a free sky light. Just add in a reflective tube to save on lighting costs.

Surprisingly, getting some pretty gusty winds along with a decent amount of lightning and thunder right now.

No rain though (yet).

The lightning is pretty frequent to vivid now. Still no rain here though (yet).

This was definitely a wee bit off:

.UPDATE...
High pressure continues across the CWA this evening. A few showers
are persisting across metro ATL, but do think activity should
diminish within a couple of hours after sunset. Only made a few
minor tweaks to the hourly temp/dew grids. Otherwise, no major
changes.

I think this is the longest I've ever witnessed vivid lighting *AND* loud thunder without any rain.

It's been going on for about 1 hour now.

Now I see what happened.

The cells basically did an alley oop on me. After blowing up just a couple miles to my south, they decided to recycle into new cells just to my west.

Typical.

More from that hail in Burkburnett Texas last night (as I said in the May thread that's where I snow chased in February and my profile picture was taken)

Some melting occurred unfortunately I think or it would have been closer to a record I believe

And back west into the foothills. Maybe isolated flooding
