Bryson City pretty solid T-storm trying to cycle over top right now

Not seeing much large hail at the moment, ZDR is way above zero indicating that any hail is likely to be small and there’s a lot of oblate raindrops because the horizontally polarized beam is attenuating more than the vertical >>> heavy rain. If ZDR drops below zero then we got a problem
Half inch hail reports over Bryson city and back towards Tiger right now. Not seeing any baseball size reports right now. Conditions look pretty ripe though

RFD has really surged out on this storm north of Greenville at the moment and it appears that any circulation is occluding. The velocity data is hinting at mostly convergence for now

Not at night. But I would love to if I had the ability and knowledge to do so safely. Not gonna lie, not liking the feeling outside. Very ominous, not a cloud in the sky right now.
That’s a heck of a RFD surge, probably a amazing low hanging shelf cloud on it, likely damaging winds
