Hazards outlook won't be back until Monday, but expect some snow area outlined by then:
there are some indications that a surface storm will form over the southeastern CONUS and move along the southern East Coast. This would bring the risk for accumulating snow to the southern Appalachians and parts of the Middle Atlantic States and Southeast, potentially as far south as the central Carolinas. But not all models show this storm developing, and those that do are not consistent with timing and location. Given these uncertainties, no hazards are posted at this time.

So I can't connect with my Chromebook to this site only all of a sudden. BOT blocker or something have me locked out?

Phone is fine, but too little for these old eyes.

Wow, 18Z GFS

The GFS has corrected its 2m temps with no snow on the ground, and we still have over 5 days for this to further moderate.
Not really… it’s just a horrible model that is useless 9 days out. Are we gonna see the cold that it was showing with snow cover? Of course not, but we’re still looking at a spell of temperature 15-20 degrees below average
