Maybe it'll finally feel like fall
No, hot and wet like a wet blanket. Sun angle will be lower so the mosquitoes will have a dawn/dusk environment for most of the day...Hot and dry

Verified 80’s more likely! One can hope though.
That looks really good for next Tuesday onwards. Perfect weather in my opinion. You wouldn't need AC or heat. Even this week is not horrible.
We're definitely getting there. People have to remember our averages this time of year are still 78/57.That looks really good for next Tuesday onwards. Perfect weather in my opinion. You wouldn't need AC or heat. Even this week is not horrible.
Those high temperatures look nice for early October! I wish those low temperatures were a little lower than advertised. That would make this forecast feel like more fall like.
It's okay... You don't want above average temperatures in the fall. . You know it will shift eventually and you want it to shift in December. And it's officially the first month we've had snow before...
Although there's nothing but above normal temps in sight

But isn’t November the fall severe weather season ?I always say the Best wx in NC is Mid October - Turkey Day its usually dry for long stretches. 60's for highs and 40's -30's for lows. Days are perfect under full sun.
Its the stair step down season. Each front is colder than the last. We're definitely getting there. People have to remember our averages this time of year are still 78/57.
Finally seeing a chance at mid 50s in the grids here. We aren't far at all.The fronts are getting better they just aren't lasting yet
Today is the first time I've thought about finding where my hoodie isprobably gonna be 40s in the morning
it's memorial day. you blink.... and its october and there's blue pixels on the gfs
love it
The rapidly shortening days are gonna catch up sooner or later... And it's not ending anytime soon
I’m gonna blame the stupid tropics for the unseasonable warmth. The next time I move it will be as far away from the Gulf as possible.I've had exactly one low below 60 degrees since meteorological fall on September 1st. I didn't think that was much out of ordinary until checking the past several years I've had a station up. Not only is that uncommon, I've had 40s in September or close to it almost every September since 2019. This is truly remarkable, and I don't expect another low below 60 until at least Tuesday or Wednesday evening. Temps are being moderating by the modeling each day as we approach.

They are forecast to be 10-15 above average the next week. Their average high is around 94.This is out our region, but the southwest has been absolutely on fire. Phoenix just had their warmest September ever, and it looks like they had something like 7 to 10 record highs in a row, including a new warmest September temperature of 117F.
I think last time this happened was 2018. That fall was worse where I don't think we had a sub 60 low at all up this way until Michael passed in mid OctoberI've had exactly one low below 60 degrees since meteorological fall on September 1st. Was in OKC and Norman earlier today. 90 degrees but felt great. Really amazing how the lack of humidity feels.Well an OKC met just posted about much cooler air mid month...

No doubt that area should be cooler. I lived in Kansas in 79-80. Plenty of coldIt's not as bad as the summer for sure but still 90s are near records this late
