Pattern Ah-choo April Discussion

Pushing 3 weeks without a drop. The drought is back, and its starting with conditions much worse than what it started with last year. Pattern change signals are weaker, rain amounts continue to drop in short to mid range... not good fellas!
 
Looking wet with two really wet systems not this weekend and the other next week

Good grief y'all are picky . Gfs is spitting out over an inch this weekend alone . Be thankful for any rain you get . You NC boys are salty when it comes to rain

Yeah, take that chainsaw and just cut down all the trees in your yard, you know there's gonna be a few tree crushers next winter!

Well, it is the GFS and out to day 16, so I can totally get onboard the skepticism train! The long range GFS , is the new DGEX!
 
Although this is past truncation and is a May Day map (which needs to go into the yet-to-be-created "May-hem" thread - I'll take the rain!
Such a pretty map - reminds me of the GFS snow maps 12 days out in the winter ... LOL :p

New advisory out for western metro. Nice little storms popping up all around now. Hope some of that rain comes to my house.
 
So much for a pattern change....a stormy Saturday followed by another 10 days of dry tranquil weather....no good for grass growers.

Yeah, I hope he keeps posting those 15 GFS maps, to help get us through the 90s we are gonna have Fri/Sat!
