The 18z GFS has almost all of upstate SC at 3 or more inches of rain at hour 96 and a good bit more by hour 384. Much more along the gulf coast though, but still a lot of rain here IF it's right.There goes my rain! Congrats Dallas!

Most of the flooding and heavy rain will be well east of the center, it's gonna be raining in the south for a while.

By the way, keep in mind this storm is down to 1000mb already, so it could be very well a stronger storm then plotted, unless the shear keeps it weak. It's also not moving.
