A tropical wave located several hundred miles southwest of the Cabo
Verde Islands is producing disorganized shower activity. Some
slight development of the wave is possible during the next day or
two while it moves westward at 15 to 20 mph before environmental
conditions become less favorable over the weekend.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...10 percent.
* Formation chance through 5 days...low...10 percent.

I don't think this can develop before the weekend but it is worth watching.

Looks like the majority of modeling destroy anything it can get going since yesterday. The 10% chance is there possibly if something can survive that mess out there.

at 15 to 20 mph. Environmental conditions are expected to become
unfavorable for development by Sunday.

10/20 chances as of the 8 pm update.

Shower activity has become less organized since yesterday in
association with a tropical wave located about midway between the
Cabo Verde Islands and the Windward Islands. Any development of the
wave is expected to be slow to occur during the next few days while
the system moves westward at 15 to 20 mph. Environmental conditions
are expected to become unfavorable for development by early next
week.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...10 percent.
* Formation chance through 5 days...low...20 percent.

A tropical wave located about midway between the Cabo Verde Islands
and the Windward Islands continues to produce intermittent showers.
Environmental conditions appear to be unfavorable for the formation
of a tropical depression, and development, if any, of the wave will
be slow to occur while it moves westward at 15 to 20 mph during the
next couple of days.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...10 percent.
* Formation chance through 5 days...low...10 percent.
